1. Prepare approximate room dimensions and photos so we can see the layout and any specific features.
2. We arrange a meeting at our office during business hours.
3. At the meeting, we discuss your project and furnishing needs.
4. Based on our discussion and the sketches, we prepare a quotation within 2–3 days of the meeting.
5. The agreed project timeframe starts once you approve the quotation and pay 50% of the total amount.
6. We manufacture the furniture. A further 40% of the agreed amount is payable before installation.
7. The remaining 10% is payable after installation and completion.
Yes, we work throughout Bulgaria. For projects outside Sofia, we agree on the visit schedule and logistics in advance.
Yes. Site visits are free once you have approved our quotation. If you have not approved a quotation, a site visit and consultation in Sofia costs €70.
Production times vary by project and depend on our current workload. Please email or call us for a more precise timeframe.
Yes, we prepare 3D designs once you have approved our quotation and we have taken accurate measurements.
No, we do not currently offer furniture on an instalment plan.
Our specialist installation teams install kitchen furniture and components. Installation can take anything from one day to several weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and whether the renovation work in the room has been completed properly and on time.
No. Plumbing connections are outside our scope, and we do not have qualified staff to carry them out. We are responsible only for the furniture and its correct installation.
We install appliances in the cabinets.
We also connect appliances purchased from us to the electricity supply.
Installation and connection of appliances purchased from other suppliers are charged separately.
